CHALLENGE
Quintessentials approached Kliqxe with a need to better manage and streamline their sales process as well as manage their day to day activities with their largest customers, Distributors & Retailers. Given the growth opportunity in their market the business needed a better understanding of how their product is sold in store.
SOLUTION
Leveraging Consumer Goods Cloud and Retail Execution, QB’s Sales Team will be able to carry out audit checks in store to check inventory of their products on the shelf, verify agreed promotions are active and compliant and analyse how competitor’s products are sold. This will allow QB to understand product performance and scalability in key markets.
In addition we are standardising their sales processes to give their sales teams the tools to maximise opportunities in a competitive industry and understand the sales route to market.
