For 25 years, Bathroom Brands has been a UK-based market leader in developing and distributing bathroom products and solutions globally.

CHALLENGE

Bathroom Brands was already a Salesforce customer but had a very specific use case built within the Sales Cloud for their Projects business. And with an aging SAGE ERP with a move to Microsoft Dynamics, the business needed a more holistic approach from the front office to the back. 


SOLUTION

Manufacturing Cloud was chosen as the solution to meet this need. In order to bring Project and Retail businesses together and integrated into this newly designed Dynamics ERP, AND with a view to plan demand at a Product level and forecast at an Account level, this solution was the right fit. On top of that Bathroom has the visibility surfaced for customers through the Experience Cloud portal that cover both Sales and Service processes.
